If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you have the right to seek out-of-court dispute resolution. A list of approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) bodies in your country is available through the European Commission's Consumer Redress Portal at: https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu

We are committed to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) regarding claims that are subject to Swedish legislation.

The right to bring legal proceedings before a court of competent jurisdiction remains unaffected.
